Ginger Gold are one of the very first apples to ripen in the new harvest season! They are a beautiful translucent yellow apple. Sweet and crisp, a favorite for eating. Excellent for applesauce as well; they cook down very smoothly and make a slightly sweeter sauce.

Because they are a summer apple, be sure to keep them refrigerated so that they stay crisp and fresh!
